Hello! I’m Sarah Treacy. Since moving to the United States from London in 2009, I’ve been an active and dedicated member of the Chatham, NJ community. My career began in London’s financial industry, where I worked from 1997 to 2008. That experience provided me with valuable insight into how people navigate major financial decisions — insight that I now bring to every real estate transaction.

Buying, selling, renting, or refinancing a home can feel overwhelming, and for many, it’s the single largest financial decision they’ll ever make. As your Realtor, my commitment is to make the process as smooth, informed, and stress-free as possible. With extensive knowledge of the Chatham, Madison, Summit, and New Providence markets, I take pride in being YOUR local real estate expert.

Outside of real estate, my greatest joy comes from my two children — one currently in college and the other building a full-time career. They’ve taught me how to balance life with purpose and intention. In my spare time, I love cooking, traveling, and playing golf with family and friends. I’m also honored to serve on the golf advisory council for The Warrior’s Journey, a nonprofit supporting active-duty service members, veterans, and their families.  And as a London native, I remain an avid English soccer fan and a proud Chelsea Football Club supporter
